REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds and cancellation of orders are not accepted after payment is received. Wordup Clocks are made to order, and production will commence once payment is received.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your item is faulty upon delivery, please contact us within 7 working days and we will gladly exchange the faulty item for a new one.
Our clocks are assembled by hand in Singapore. Due to the clock being an electronic product, we are unable to repair your clocks if they are not currently located in Singapore.
We will only be responsible for clock exchanges or repairs only while it is physically located in Singapore and within the 6 months warranty period from date of purchase.
If you are located in Singapore, we will repair the clock within the 6 months warranty period with purchase receipt proof. Beyond the 6 months warranty period, costs of repairs and replacement of parts are chargeable to the buyer.
If you are located outside Singapore, we are unable to repair the clock due to the physical distance. If you would like to ship your clock to Singapore for repairs, or request for an exchange of clock, you will have to bear all shipping and related costs.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if you do not contact us within the stipulated time frame, or choose to bring the clock out of Singapore.
